A month after the Miyazaki incident, the Academy breaks for the holiday, All-Worlds Day. While most cadets return home, Caleb stays at the Academy because he has no family to return to. He bonds with Genesis, who is hiding a secret. Jay-Den follows Darem through a mysterious portal. It turns out to be a “wedding-day kidnapping,” a tradition among Khionians before they “seal” with a partner. Jay-Den must serve as his Ko’Zeine, the best man.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy – “Vitus Reflux”

“Vitus Reflux” is another enjoyable teen drama story framed around the dual central themes of the importance of understanding one’s opponent and the value of collaborative strategy over individual ego.
