For the second time this season “Lower Decks” skips the cold opening to spends more time on the story. Good choice because this week’s action-pack episode is told across three different ships. I guess the title was a clue. We learn how the other lower deckers live and get to see Klingon ambition or Vulcan ingenuity are rewarded.
