Star Trek: Strange New Worlds – “Human Best Friend”

The USS Enterprise is en route to critical peace negotiations with the Rodaxians to resolve a civil war. Believing his overworked Alpha Shift crew needs rest to take a restorative break, Captain Pike orders them to accompany him to a resort called the Cesnar Grand. The location features a unique atmosphere that induces a form of inebriation tailored to each visitor’s psychological needs. For Scotty and Ortegas, it turns out to offer far less rest and relaxation than desired.
